No. The 15 total hours cover planning, design, implementation, testing and meetings together.

Is support unlimited?

No. Capacity and response expectations are agreed in writing. Response time is not a promise of resolution time.

What about defects?

Build defects covered by the original agreement are not reclassified as paid enhancements.
